Are you very new to mountain biking, or want to learn the basics? Want to learn safe riding body positions, more about your bike, the best way to brake, shifting techniques, how to climb more efficiently, descending safely on smooth or rough surfaces, how to make that corner without slipping out, tackling easy switchbacks? If so join us! Bonnie Phippen, Grit Clinics Coach for past 12 years, will be your coach and she cannot wait to help you learn!
Who: Brand new riders (this clinic is only for those brand new to mountain biking, not a refresher course for the somewhat experienced!)

Attendee limit: 7 riders (may add another coach if more riders).
Bring a well-maintained, tuned mountain bike, and your own light lunch or snack for a short break. Don’t have a bike yet? Rent one at a Bend bike shop! Heavy rain postpones clinic to another date.
