There will always be an option for the ladies new to mountain biking and an option for those looking to progress their skills that have taken lessons or been riding for a bit. Sign up below! 

WOMEN'S FOUNDATIONAL
​SKILLS CLINIC

Calling all ladies new to mountain biking! In just two hours, we are going to get you dialed with skills that you can take to the trails. You’ll feel more confident setting up your bike, cornering, braking, and navigating small trail obstacles after instruction from Grit Clinics. This is the perfect, no pressure, no judgement setting to feel more comfortable on your mountain bike and meet some new friends!

INTERMEDIATE SKILLS FOR THE LADIES

We’ll begin by dialing in our bike set up and body position, then work on  skills throughout the afternoon. Examples of some of the skills we will work on include braking, shifting, cornering, switchbacks, wheel lifts, line choice, technical descending, getting up and over logs and rocks and line choice. Join us for two hours of skill building fun!​
